Columbus’ Resident Crooner Is Back for Christmas!
Vocalist & Recording Artist Ben Lucas returns to The Refectory for his ninth year of carrying on one of our most cherished holiday traditions — providing beautiful live music to accompany your dining experience on select December evenings.
Joined by a few of his phenomenal musician friends, Ben will fill the restaurant with the warmth and nostalgia of the season — timeless Christmas favorites, elegant jazz standards, and heartfelt renditions of songs that make this time of year so special.

About Ben Lucas
Ben Lucas grew up singing in church choirs and has been performing regularly since 2016. His love for music began in church and spans genres from Contemporary Christian and Sacred Music to Classical, Jazz, and Broadway.
His influences include Michael Bublé, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole, Ella Fitzgerald, Michael W. Smith, and Amy Grant. Ben’s smooth tenor voice — often described as having the tonal beauty of a classic crooner with a fresh, modern sensibility — is becoming a staple of the Columbus music scene.
In 2020, Ben released a 12-track studio album recorded right here in Columbus. Since 2021, he has recorded multiple professional studio tracks in Nashville, TN — including Christmas songs that have received airplay on major FM radio networks.
