Exploring Italy!

Meet Gianni Vanni of Undiscovered Tuscany and taste the wines he selected for us while learning everything you ever wanted to know about Italian Wines including the meaning and importance of the IGT, DOC, & DOCG classifications and the way in which wines from different regions pair with regional foods.

Join us as we sample:

1.Antonutti Collevento 921 Sparkling Rose  $14.99

A perfect blend of Merlot and Refosco grapes.
After maceration, pressing and first fermentation, the two musts are blended then second fermentation begins according to the Italian method: the result is a fresh wine, approachable, with raspberry, currant and strawberry nose and light, fine and lingering perlage.

2.Ca Montebello Pinot Grigio   $14.99

Pinot Grigio has found a perfect habitat in the Oltrepò Pavese and in Italy it boasts one of the largest areas of grape production. Oltrepò Pavese’s microclimate, together with cool nights and hot days, create perfect conditions for grape maturation.

3.Tinazzi Corvina di Verona  Selezione di Famiglia $19.99- The Wildcard!
