Wines will be accompanied by a selection of
cheeses, crackers, artisan breads & olive oil.
The cost for one flight (a sample of each of the wines) will be $15.

Meet Lisa Boise of Solo Vino Imports and taste the wines she  selected for us while learning everything you ever wanted to know about Vino Italiano including the meaning and importance of the IGT, DOC, & DOCG classifications and the way in which wines from different regions pair with regional foods.

 

1.Bollicinne Prosecco  $11.99

Aromas of apples, pears and melons with a fresh floral acacia note on the nose, its palate t is fresh, fruity, soft and pleasant with a round flavorful finish.

2.Collefrisio Pecorino  $14.99

The bouquet is fragrant with ripe peach, banana and green tea. The wine has a soft, long-lasting taste with low acidity.

3.La Meridiana Rosato  $15.99

An iconic rosé made of 100% Barbera grape, this wine speaks loudly for not only the Piemonte Region, but specifically for the Monferrato terroir.

4.Uggiano Chianti Classico Riserva  $17.99

A ripe, generous Riserva from the emerging Uggiano estate – characterful and concentrated, combining classical structure with fresh, vibrant sour cherry fruit.

5.Marchese Biscardo Valpolicella Superiore Ripasso   $27.99

Full-bodied and soft, with lovely velvety tannins and a long finish. A perfect complement to highly seasoned first courses as well as roasted meats or steak.
