The Wines

Comte De Laube Sparkling, France   $11.99
Comte de Laube is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Folle Blanche, Ugni Blanc and Chenin Blanc this wine has subtle notes of lemon, toasted almonds, greengage, apple and broom blossom.


Masciarelli Montepulciano d’Abruzzo, Italy    $11.99
This is a medium-bodied, concentrated red with ripe flavors of raspberry, strawberry, red currant, cherry, violet, earth, and tobacco. This is a lovely pairing for lamb, grilled meat, and an array of cheeses.


Reserve De La Saurine Rose, France   $8.99
This fresh, fruity rose is made from Grenache Noir, Cinsault, Carignan and Syrah grapes grown on gravely slopes near the Ceze river of the beautiful Gard region of the South of France.


Honoro Vera Rioja, Spain   $9.99
The vineyards that produce the grapes and organic grapes of Honoro Vera and Honoro Vera Organic are located over 2,300 feet in elevation. These vineyards are over 30 years of age with little production because they are planted on a bed of limestone and sand, very poor in nutrients, ideal for this type of crop.


Chateau Perron La Gourdine, France     $7.99   (regularly  $9.99)
A classic Bordeaux mix of grapes with Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. A deep red, but the colour does indicate it’s youth. It will get better as the years go by!! Strong berry fruits on the aromas and the taste. Let it breathe and the quality will show itself. Perfect with lamb and light meat dishes.


Slatestone Riesling, Germany   $10.99
Mosel valley’s weathered slate soil provides the perfect mineral
characteristics to underline the Riesling fruit and cool microclimate of the area allows the fruit to
fully ripen yet maintain a high level of acidity providing the typical refreshing crispness of great Riesling.


Mauro Molino Rosso Di Martina, Italy    $15.99

a wine with fruity and spicy hints. A dynamic and cheerful
blend, where four varieties perfectly support each other. The local vineyards of Barbera and Nebbiolo are always identifiable thanks to their softness and structure


Masseria Surani “Ares”, Italy    $13.99
Intense ruby red in colour with aromas of red fruits and black cherry on the nose. Sapid, with balanced acidity, soft tannins and a medium body. The ideal match to steak, red meat, roasts and rich casseroles.


Albacea Monastrell, Spain    $12.99
Powerful dark fruit liqueur, potpourri and woodsmoke aromas, with a slowly-emerging hint of licorice. Supple and broad, offering vivacious, spice- accented black and blue fruit flavors that deepen with air.


Gateway Douro, Portugal     $11.99
Gateway Douro is ruby red in color with medium body and nice balance. It offers ripe red fruits with hints of raspberry and a spicy character. Long and rich on the finish. Gateway Douro will pair well with grilled meats and pasta.
