At The Refectory, we are fortunate to have an abundance of wine knowledge between Chris Dillman, and Taylor Wolf. Some guys care about cars; others about watches: these two are passionate about wine!

On Friday, February 3rd the Somms face off in a wine pairing battle!

Taste two wines (one chosen by Chris and one by Taylor) with each course of Chef Richard’s Four-Course Dinner! Then vote for your favorite wine and at the end of the evening, we will toast the winning Sommelier!
