Join us for an unforgettable evening as The Refectory’s own sommeliers, Clayton Young and Taylor Wolf, go head-to-head in a wine pairing battle. With each of Chef Richard’s exquisite five courses, you’ll taste two pairings—one selected by Clayton and one by Taylor—then cast your vote for the evening’s winning sommelier.

The night begins with a Welcome Hors d’Oeuvres Reception, followed by Chef Richard’s Four-Course Dinner, expertly paired with nine surprise wines.
