This is the realm of pates and terrines, which can be hot or chilled, savory or sweet. To start 2024, Chef Richard is excited to present this amazing Five-course Dinner entirely created with techniques rooted in Pates and Terrines.

from eight different regions of France from one of our favorite portfolios!
