As part of the DiRoNA community, The Refectory has been invited to be featured in “Every DiRoNA Has a Story,” the organization’s video series that takes diners behind the scenes of North America’s most distinguished restaurants. In each episode, DiRoNA sits down with the chefs and restaurateurs behind these establishments to share the traditions, the people, and the passion that make them extraordinary.
