One of the strengths of French Cuisine is to take ordinary or even by-product food items and create something extraordinary! This is the realm of pates and terrines, which can be hot or chilled, savory or sweet. To start 2024, Chef Richard is excited to present this amazing Five-course Dinner entirely created with techniques rooted in Pates and Terrines.
This unique experience is the perfect menu to show wines
from eight different regions of France from one of our favorite portfolios!

There is an optional supplemental pour for $25 (2oz)
of Chateau Gombaude-Guillot Pomerol that can be requested.
