2020 Domaine Drouhin-Vaudon Chablis Chardonnay

2017 Maison Champy Corton-Charlemagne Grand Cru Chardonnay - $200
Only just beginning to open up, this is a very sophisticated white Burgundy with great elegance and a sleeker body than many wines of this category. Excellent concentration, married to a cool and fresh personality, the intense mineral character driving the very long and pure finish. From vineyards under conversion to organic cultivation.
95 Points - James Suckling
2020 VRAC Beaujolais Gamay - $14
2021 Domaine Bernard Dubois Bourgogne Pinot Noir - $25
2013 Benoit Sordet Pommard 1er Cru - $77
2020 Michel Sarrazin Givry Sous la Roche Pinot Noir - $35
Coming from the Cote Chalonnaise, one of the highest elevated vineyards in the area. Beautiful fresh Burgundy, crackling red fruit pop from the glass with an incredibly balanced texture.
2020 Domaine Arlaud Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru - $330
The 2020 Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru, matured in 15% new oak, showed just a tiny morsel of reduction on the nose, that the concentration here was still tangible. The palate is medium-bodied with sappy red fruit, fine acidity, taut, fresh and very precise. This has real class and verve, though it will benefit from several years in the bottle. Only 5,200 bottles were produced. - 95-97 Points Vinous
2019 Domaine Chanson Beaune 1er Cru Clos des Mouches - $145
If Beaune had a Grand Cru vineyard, it would be Clos des Mouches. One of the most famous vineyards of Cote de Beaune, it has a long history of viticultural significance. Elegant sleek Pinot Noir, this is a great bottle to let sit in the cellar for many years if not decades.
2013 Domaine Ponsot Clos de la Roche Grand Cru - $900
Coming from an average age of 60-year-old vines, some dating back to 1905, this Vineyard contains the original "mother plants" that were the first ever approved Burgundy clones. All of the so-called Dijon clones were taken from Ponsot cuttings in the Clos de la Roche and as such planted widely across the globe. Voluptuous red fruits on the nose, velvety and seductive. A sleek attack, opulent and luxurious with striking depth and concentration of fruit.
