Truffle Wine Dinner

Join us at 6:45pm on Friday, November 17th for our first French Truffle Dinner!

We have sourced incredible truffles from one of the best truffle distributors in the country. This allows us to create some incredible dishes including the original recipe that Chef Richard Blondin helped create in Paul Bocuse’s kitchen, the famous Truffle Soupe “VGE Style.”

The evening will be led by Ben Eberlein, Regional Manager for Wilson Daniels, while he walks us through this dinner with curated pairings of GAJA and Royal Tokaji wines. GAJA is arguably the most respected producer in Northern Italy, a quintessential pairing with truffles.
