Three Masters Sommelier Dinner

Tue September 29 @ 6:00 pm

Three Master Sommeliers, Nine exceptional wines (two additional wines); and Four Courses come together for a one-of-a-kind wine dinner at The Refectory!

$395 per guest + tax and gratuity

Celebrating 50 Years of Wine Excellence at The Refectory Restaurant

For five decades, The Refectory Restaurant has been a gathering place for extraordinary cuisine, exceptional hospitality, and a deep appreciation for well- crafted wines. Before thoughtfully curated wine programs became common, The Refectory cultivated a culture of wine education and appreciation in Columbus—introducing generations of guests to remarkable producers, memorable pairings, and the artistry of the Sommelier.

To celebrate that legacy, we are honored to welcome three of the nation’s accomplished Master Sommeliers for an unforgettable evening. Now they’re putting their palates on the line with this friendly competition! Guests will enjoy a multi-course dinner featuring seasonal cuisine.
Each course will be accompanied by three wines, one selected by each Sommelier,
for a total of nine carefully chosen pours.

The twist? The wines will be served blind.

Guests will taste, compare, and vote for their favorite pairing with each course without knowing which Sommelier selected which wine. At the conclusion of the evening, guests will cast their vote for the Master Sommelier whose selections and presentations impressed them most!

This is more than another Wine Dinner—
it is an insight and celebration of the Sommelier profession itself.
A tribute to the Sommeliers who have inspired countless wine lovers, and to The Refectory’s enduring commitment to preserving and elevating wine culture in Columbus and beyond.
